Attiva Pearland

Attiva is an absolutely lovely complex of bungalow apartments which really feel like homes. Great amenities, a beautiful resort style pool and jacuzzi. Lots of activities and amazing neighbors. The staff is professional and very friendly. I especially want to mention Shae because of her outstanding helpful nature and kindness. Amanda is also a star! I would be remiss if i failed to mention the facility staff. Both George and Jose are great guys. They are responsive, and friendly. They work hard and resolve every maintenance issue very, very quickly. Living at Attiva has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Attiva to anyone looking for an active lifestyle in an over 55 community! Did I mention how GREAT SHAE IS!

Our experience with Attiva Pearland has been nice, though several amenities are misrepresented. In over a year, the hot tub light has not worked. The pool lights are frequently off, due to tripped breaker? Is this safe? Also, pool was initially listed as heated but that is no longer on the web site .. Also the “outdoor kitchen with fireplace”. ? Fireplace has never worked. The club room is only available during office hours, which is really non conducive for those of us who work.. It’s really more of an “office space”. The computer in the common area does not work. It is nice to have a small, decent gym area.. And the Maint team does a good job to try to keep up with all the requests. We do appreciate the neighbors, Jose and George, And the effort by the office staff, Shae and Amanda,

While visiting Attiva you feel like it's the right place for your loved one. The staff were so friendly and greeted everyone, their knowledge of the property was outstanding. The rooms I looked at were spotless and well maintained. There was an abundance of recreational activities and entertainment options to keep everyone moving and relaxing.

I recently toured here for my mother and Shae was so knowledgeable about the property. We had so many questions & she was so patient and helpful. We also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance team and they were so attentive as well! The property was absolutely beautiful. My mom applied as soon as we left!

Looking for a place for mom to move into and Attiva was the 3rd place I’d taken my mom to look at. Wish it woulda been our first stop. This place was taken car of much better than the first two. Amanda, the wonderful woman that gave us the tour was as polite and respectful as can be and showed us a couple different floor plans and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had. We are going to make arrangements to sell the house and hopefully we will be able to attain residency at this nice, quiet place.
