Avenues at Shadow Creek Ranch

We have been living here since May of 2025... Rigo was the one who helped us move in. Everything has been so pleasant since the beginning! We are absolutely so comfortable here. We have two small children, & they love it here. It truly is the safest community I have lived in. The maintenance crew is amazing. Lazaro & Peter thank you for everything you guys do, & do so quickly & efficiently. My little family & I love it here so much we literally just signed our lease renewal earlier today. Having a husband who works out of town 75% of the time, I needed a safe place for the kids & I to live in. This place is absolutely it. Thank you again Rigo & Avenues for being so professional & so understanding with us always. We plan to stay here until we are ready to buy our first home 😇

We have been here for 3 months and really like the apartments and the staff! When I first called to set up a tour I spoke with Narda, she was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. She let me know our tour would be with Rigo. Rigo was very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the tour fun, plus answered all our questions and introduced us to the Manager- Beverly, who was also very nice and welcoming. Since I’ve been here, I have met the rest of people in the office which is Sarah, Narda and the maintenance men, Peter and Sam. Each one of them have been so welcoming, easy to speak with, friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. Maintenance issues are usually done same day or the next day. The Avenues has truly been a saving grace! I needed a safe and peaceful place for my little ones and I. That’s exactly what I found at Avenues. I also love that maintenance works hard to make repairs timely and the grounds are usually kept pretty clean despite some residents showing little respect. I also love the events they have for the residents, which often include free margaritas! I got the best apartment on the property and couldn’t be happier.

I lived at The Avenues for 6 years. Office staff Bethany, Rigo, and Narda very professional, helpful and nice. Accounting was also very nice. Maintenance crew, Sam, Peter, Pablo, and all whom I’ve forgotten your names you were the most helpful, kindest, friendliest and all around just the most amazing wonderful people I’ve ever met. Thank you All for making living there a truly wonderful place for me. You All will truly be missed.

My parents and I fell inlove with these apartments. They are very accommodating and always offer help when needed. They have great communication when it comes to having any issues and are super quick to fix them. Bethany has always been super friendly and helpful to our family. By far, we rate these apartments a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
