We recently sold our home without using a realtor, which can be an overwhelming and confusing process. Ann at Texas Title was so incredibly helpful through the whole process. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all quickly and patiently. The buyers also commented on how great she was during closing. I don't believe I would have gotten through the home selling process without her and can't recommend Texas Title enough purely because of her.
