The Chloe Apartments

I just moved from Detroit to the Dallas area. I toured several properties in Austin Ranch and the Chloe is the top choice. Tre took me on a very informative tour and showed me some unique features about the property. He gave me a variety of options based on exactly what I wanted and provided excellent suggestions about my decision. This property is in great condition and I cannot wait to move in next month!

I had an excellent experience touring The Chloe today. The community is stunning, with spacious layouts and a very upscale feel. Ruth, the leasing agent who assisted me, was outstanding-professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable. Great customer service and a beautiful property overall. I’m a Hudson resident for over 8 years. This property by far is the best Billingsley property I’ve ever seen. Ask for Ruth! She’s the best!

Maintenance has been consistently excellent. They respond quickly, communicate well, and are always pleasant to work with. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job, and the complex itself is kept very clean. I also want to highlight Trevor in the front office, who has been especially reliable since Tiffany left. His follow-through has truly stood out. We have dealt with a number of concerns during our time here under previous management. For a while, it felt like these concerns weren’t being taken seriously. However, the new office manager, Alejandra, reached out to me directly and completely changed that experience. She listened carefully, addressed each concern point by point, and took real action to make things right. Most importantly, she made us feel heard, valued, and supported. Th

Rahqelle is extremely smart, kind, & is one of the most genuine professionals I have come across. She has been patient & attentive with me as I have exhausted all options (indecisive on floor plans, multiple visits). She never pushed or rushed me, while also being extremely responsive- even during an ice storm! You can tell she cares about the people she serves, which is rare in this day & age. My career has been in sales & while apartments are truly a dime a dozen, Rahqelle alone made me feel confident in relocating to The Chloe because of the care & compassion she provides. She is a DREAM hire.

I’ve lived at The Chloe a few months now and cannot recommend it enough! The units are spacious, the balconies/patios are huge, and the property is beautiful! The pool, fitness room, and clubhouse are all impeccable and very up to date. My favorite part may seem small but if you’re a dog owner, you understand: the majority of the complex is blocked off to vehicles so you can walk your dog without any concern about cars. The complex is extremely quiet, yet super accessible to the tollway and shopping centers. This also is the first complex I’ve lived in where package theft is not at all an issue. The staff, including the office and maintenance teams, are super nice and very responsive. Overall, The Chloe has been my favorite apartment complex in which I’ve lived in the DFW area!
