Grenadier Homes - The Tribute Townhomes

I had a wonderful experience building my dream townhome with Grenadier Homes in Chelsea Green at the Tribute. Jessica and Tomeka are awesome on the sales team and Mike, my builder, worked hard to ensure I was thrilled with my new home! I appreciate the advice and insight given at the design center. The Grenadier Team (Tomeka Jones and Jessica Herring) did an Outstanding job for our home building/buying process. These ladies created a wonderful and stress-free experience from beginning of the home selection process, contract execution all the way through closing. The transparency was refreshing and follow up/though on all questions and concerns were addressed with urgency. Lastly, the overall quality of the property was exactly as described. As an experienced home buyer, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever encountered. I’m sure my family and I will have long lasting memories enjoying all of the great amenities that this property has to offer. Great experience with Grenadier Homes at The Tribute! Tomeka and Jessica in the sales office were awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. The townhomes have thoughtful designs with outdoor living space rarely found in this size, plus oversized garages for extra storage. Excellent selection of finishes, beautiful location by the lake, and amazing community amenities. Highly recommend!

Recently built a townhome at The Tribute with Grenadier and had a great experience. This was our sixth new build and Grenadier was by far the best team from start to finish that we have ever worked with. The on-site sales team (led by Jessica) was super knowledgeable and responsive at every stage of the process. We received regular communication on the build status (Tomeka) and were always treated like long lost friends when we visited the model. The design center options were vast - something for every style. Our designer (Amy) had great energy and ideas and cost estimates were provided instantly to help make budget trade offs.
