Windsor Lakeyard District Apartments

I am writing to share how much my wife and I have enjoyed living here over the past few years. It has been wonderful to watch my son grow up in such a great community. We truly love the amenities, from the gym to the beautiful layout of the pool, and the clubhouse always feels like a comfortable extension of our own home. It is a fantastic location, especially for anyone who has pets or enjoys golf. I also want to commend the staff for being so friendly. In particular, Kayla was very helpful when she assisted us with our lease renewal and showed us options to ensure we could stay here. Additionally, our maintenance person, Keon, is exceptionally respectful and helpful. He is always polite and ensures that we are well taken care of. I’m very happy to say I enjoy living at Windsor Lakeyard District. The community is a very quite and friendly place to live. Especially for the maintenance crew always on top of things making sure everything is well taken care off. Special shout out to Tony the service manager always respectful and helpful to the residents. Working hard picking up grounds every morning making our community look amazing. Thankyou Tony!

RENT HERE! The property staff is responsive, kind, friendly, and always get the job done!! The maintenance men who have serviced our apartment, Kiyan and Edward, have always been quick to answer our request and fight to resolve the issue as quickly as possible! They even brought in reinforcements and a new appliance when needed. I only recently met the General Manager Claudia and Leasing Consultant Garrett, but both of them were welcoming, talkative, and complimented my baby girl! But I do have to speak high regards for Kayla, the Resident Manager! We moved in April 2025 with a 4 month old baby and Kayla was so curtious and flexible with us as we made the cross country move! Not to mention, she did our tour and carried us through the whole leasing process so effortlessly and was very thoro

Toured the property recently and had one of THE best experience. A big shout out to Antonio the maintenance manager!! I bumped into Antonio by the pool area, and while he was busy working he went out of his way to stop and answer some of the questions i had about the property. He was enthusiastic and very polite. It’s hard to find property’s with amazing staff these days. Knowing that Antonio will be taking care of our home makes it an extra PRO as to why i should move in. The property is beautiful with great amenities as listed. Super clean and free of clutter! Love it. Again huge shoutout to Antonio, the front desk and the rest of the staff for making my experience wonderful.

Kayla is truly exceptional! She goes above and beyond and is always professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. She always explains everything in detail and shows so much patience. I’ve been living here for over a year and have had a consistently positive experience thanks to her and the entire team. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and smoothly. Kayla genuinely cares about both existing and new residents, and it really shows. The apartments are very spacious, and the community is always clean. Highly recommend this community!
