Beautiful community overall! You can tell that the team really works hard to take care of this property! Michele in the office was very friendly, informative and made our leasing process very smooth! As we toured the community she waved and spoke to the residents as we passed. Which confirms that she cares about the residents that live here. This was also the deciding factor of my decision to lease here! Thank you for making our leasing experience so easy! Can’t wait to move in!!!!

Overall living experience was enjoyable and I was really sad to have to leave. I loved living next to the soccer field and getting to see other tenants walking their dogs while all the kids played together. Maintenance was good about fixing issues in a timely manner and were never rude or creepy upon entering. Never had an issue with bugs or neighbors, and some staff were much more helpful than others. My issues came from move out when we received a breakdown for all the cleaning/ damage fees. We had pet damage which I think they were reasonable with their charges but I saw that we were charged much more for cleaning fees which I was was ridiculous. I would not recommend moving here! Keep looking elsewhere! Just had a ICE STORM and they didn’t even shovel the snow or put down salt but decides to tow cars that we can’t even get to without falling because it’s so icy throughout the complex as soon as you walk outside of your building! Still no solution or anything to clean the sideways but having tow companies come out to towards cars is a JOKE! Again if we can get to our cars we can move them but when the whole parking lot is full of ice that’s almost impossible! Also you’ll have to call maintenance multiple times for the same problem!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Estancia, and I just renewed my lease with them! The leasing office staff are super friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns. The renewal process was a breeze. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They always get any issues resolved promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

So first, the apartments themselves are very clean and nice. I love maintenance, they were all very kind and wonderful and so were the leasing agents. I actually love my apartment. My issue comes in with management. I did not ONCE feel like my son and I were cared about as residents. If anything, I felt I was given a hard time.
