The Colony Apartments

I’ve lived at The Colony for a year now and have to say how grateful I am for how positive my experience has been. Maintenance requests have been attended to very quickly, never had a noisy neighbor and the office staff is always happy to help when I’ve had to stop in or quick with communication via email. Thank you to all the staff that keep this place going :)

I have been living in the colony apartments for over a year now, since living here i have felt safe and very comfortable here. The staff and also the manager have been so helpful and so friendly, the communication is fantastic which at only places there isn’t any. The maintenance people are on top of things, very fast to fix anything and also so helpful. i love this place and im so grateful to find a place for me and my daughter to call home, even my daughter loves living here. So thank you so much for everyone for making this a great place to call home.

Started of loving this apartment where I live with my son ,moved here in Feb this year ,then two weeks ago get .this woman who is obviously on section 8 living on.top floor over us and her kids ,then moves in at 11.30pm who moves in at that time off night how inconsiderate and is banging around till 2am in morning and then since then .has let her kids run riot through the apartment the walls are thin the floors seem to be thin and I have complained to the guy named Donald that works in office about her said he would tell Jennifer who did nothing to reach put to me about it ! My son pays normal full rent no section 8 I have been banging on the ceiling to get them to stop making so much noise even tried talking to her the other day ,she kept saying it was only her but then said she had kids

I didn’t even want to give them one star. Everything from the management to the apartments suck. The management will lie and do whatever they can to charge you extra for things (especially on move out), the manager wouldn’t even come talk to me when I went to the office. She had the cleaning lady (who is actually nice) walk back and forth 5 times from her office to where I was in the lobby trying to help me!! Lazy as hell. The place is termite infested and super old. Expect to have a lot of work orders placed. Spend the same amount of money and live somewhere else in CG that’s not overpriced and ghetto like these. Also for management, if you don’t like helping and talking to people, maybe you shouldn’t work there.

The only reason why I’m moving out is due to new management I get things of being done by the book, but if someone comes advances just to stay In Communication a week before and the new management have awful attitude, locks up your Account add up more late fees to it, and said that the account is reopen and it’s still locked out for a few days which adds more fees to it. It’s insane management before that awesome understood when somebody was in a situation and compromised a little bit. Been here like two years to get mistreated because I’m doing month-to-month she at least could’ve offered a six month lease or even the 12 Months I would’ve done it.
