I had an excellent experience. I felt Erika was professional. She always responded immediately. She was patient and friendly. I really liked that I was able to do everything from Connecticut. Erika was accommodating. For example she went over and turned the water on so the inspection could take place. The communication was clear.

He went above and beyond, because of the fact we were out of state he took care of a few issues that were not even part of his job.
