The lofts are nice, love the layout and having a garage and my own driveway. Our community is small and quiet. However, since moving here in January, the management has changed and lot/yard maintenance has gone downhill. The pool is always green and full of debris, all the lots and common areas are full of weeds. I've brought this to the attention of management twice and nothing has been done. We also, have a non-working privacy gate that doesn't work and just stays open all the time. The lots/common area and pool need some TLC.

I originally thought these lofts were not available for rent, I heard from some friends that lived here that they were apartments and very nice. After touring I fell in love, they are BEAUTIFUL and have so much space! The vaulted ceilings definitely do not give the feel of an apartment. I have 4 small children and we live extremely comfortably in the space. The manager Amanda is definitely an asset to the property. She is very helpful and caring, anytime I try and get an contact with her she is always available. Even when it’s after hours she is quick to respond. The property is just perfect and very well managed. I have lived here for going on a year and have absolutely no complaints. I’ve lived in all the apartments here in Casa grande and one time or another these by far are the best.

Family love there The place is just really nice the pool the park and just how how peaceful it is over there is nice. And his home is very nice and big it just one of the better places to live n if u stay in Casa Grande

I've never been. But having learned never judge a book by its cover, I'll be honest I don't know what it's like there. But it sure beats where I am now so. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
