The place is decorated with such grace and elegance. The ladies in the office have the most amazing customer service they greet you with a smile every time. Its definitely worth the drive in every aspect and you feel like you are literally at a resort. Its breathtaking from the first moment you enter the community, the pool the grill,hot tub and workout room. There was a lot put into this I mean it is so breathtaking. Honestly the apartments are amazing but without Madisyn our amazing leasing consultant the experience wouldn’t have been made possible. Madisyn my partner and I very much enjoy going through you to get here and being able to share the experience of renting our first ever apartment with you! Been living here for about three months now and everything has been amazing the pool is always kept clean, no issues but whenever there is one it gets take care of right away. I couldn't be more pleased with the office staff they are always will to help with everything.

Don't look into these apartments they are a scam and they are very overpriced. We had an agreement about are lease and they lied about the agreement. Anything you do that they disagree with they will charge $50+. and all the staff are not on the same page. Their communication skills are terrible and they hire random people in their office that doesn't have any type of history or experience. The lady named Madison and Alex in the office are close friends and Madison hired Alex, but she didn't have any type of experience either. She only hired her because they were close friend. I've complained to them about something in my unit not working multiple times and they took it up upon their self to ignore me. I've called different numbers that they've given me and they refuse to help fix things i

Moving to Solace has been the best decision that I made for my baby and me, this place is the best place to start all over again. The apartment are super spacious and the community area are always clean and it feels so peaceful ☺️
