Cypress Point

My stay at cypress point is all but positive and enjoyable 😉 so much to and actives. The staff is always ready to help and I love the open door to the office. Joe is very informative and always very helpful, can't say enough about him. The maintenance guys are great and very helpful and always keeping everyone happy 😊 and a great place to leave 😀 I recommend cypress point to anyone.

I love living at Cypress Point. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff always handle any maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. My neighbors are great. There’s always something happening at the clubhouse.

We have lived here a year and a half. Many activities to choose from. It is quiet here for environmental noise and Joseph the manager and Gary and Calvin maintenance are quick to fix any issues that come up the same day or within reason. I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Love it here

When I first moved to cypress point I knew I could not navigate a move in alone. If Joseph had not been manager I know I would need assisted living arrangements! Which would have been unable to pay for me. To this day Joseph continues to assist and I am grateful!
