Bungalows on Florence

We moved in August, one of the first residents. Communication has been clear & quick. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is quick & effective. So far the community has been clean, lots of events & it’s quiet even though we are surrounded by stores. We love being close to major stores, hospital & restaurants. Bungalows on Florence is great for families that want a casita without all the responsibilities.

Stacey gave a great tour — she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. She answered questions clearly and created a comfortable, no-pressure environment. Highly recommend working with her!

We have been living here a few months, and have nothing but GOOD things to say. Our two ladies in the front office are very nice, and helpful. We weren’t able to switch our key code one day and i went to the office, Stacey walked back to my house with me right then and fixed it.

Moved into the bungalows recently and absolutely love the community! Everyone is extremely friendly and love the resort style amenities. Viewing the properties Stacey was a huge help made sure we were well informed and answered all the questions we had. Stacey has also been helpful after moving in with keeping us up to date with ongoing events in and around the community. Highly recommend!
