The Brunswick Apartments

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. From day one, the management team has gone above and beyond. Kyle was incredibly welcoming, funny, and even personally helped me fix furniture when I first moved in- something you don’t expect, but that immediately showed how much this team cares. Bernice is exceptional at what she does. She is responsive, organized, and truly invested in making sure every resident feels taken care of. What stands out most is how much she cares about the entire community, not just the people, but their pets as well! With just her attention to detail, you can tell she takes pride in doing her job well. Tyrell and Lamont are equally wonderful. They handle maintenance quickly and professionally, and they’ve even helped me with moving heavy furnitu

Been living at The Brunswick for about 6 months now and I have no complaints! Kyle and Bernice are very easy to talk to and all work orders are fixed extremely promptly(Thank you Lamont)! The staff here is extremely personable and always does their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

An amazing apartment complex. Best 2 years!!! Kyle was so helpful with the move in process. And Bernice has been helpful when answering questions. One time management was super helpful when I accidentally burnt something on the stove and they ensured I and everyone in the building were safe!

I have not moved in yet, but I wanted to leave a review for Bernice, the leasing agent. She is fantastic and so friendly. She answered all of my many questions before I signed on. I hope to follow up with another positive review about the building once I officially move in.

I have been living in The Brunswick for almost a year now and I have had only positive experiences. Every single one of the maintenance requests has been fixed within the same day and once even within the hour. When Lamont arrives to fix something he is both courteous and invaluable. The front office was prompt at answering all of my questions and made my move-in experience as painless as it could have been. Bernice is especially friendly and takes a special interest in the animals that live in the building. Overall, The Brunswick feels more like a community rather than a building and I appreciate that.
