The Broadway Apartments

I moved in May 29, 2025. The office has been exceptional. Hidden Coast Homes allowed me to move in, in spite of the apartment not meeting their exceptional standards because I was in a hurry to move before I started a new job. I had a couple blinds that were broken when I moved in, and they promised to promptly replace them. They already replaced the blinds and did a fantastic job. One of the racks in the closet collapsed under the weight of my clothes. I went out and bought a hanging rack at Walmart thinking it would take weeks to fix, but they fixed it literally the next day. Incredible! Lastly, there was an issue with my oven and Karla and Christine were all over it. JUNE UPDATE: owner recently had a new drywer installed in the building as the other one finally stopped working. 2 times now has this faulty machine taken my money and not started, resylting in me spending MORE money and having to use a different machine. When,asked,if i could gey compensated my $2, the manager said to me "the owner said im not aloud to do that anymore." The Tenant in the unit next to mine has constantly smoked in his apartment for the 4 years i have lived here, which is a clear leade violation, as well as a fire hazzard, but its okay for that to continue for years after being talked to about it multiple times. But i cant get my miney back from the laundry machine that didnt work. The management here is a joke, the maintanence man has little to no idea what he's doing and

I lived here in an affordable studio. The bldg was always kept nice and clean. The landlord and maint.staff treated me honestly and with respect. This business is a positive asset to the harbor.

It’s clean and feels safe. I really think the apartment manger and maintenance crew are top notch.
