I’ve been renting with Spivey going on 4 years now. Everyone that I have dealt with from the office has been amazing especially Kailey and Lindsey! They are both very kind and caring people. They are always quick to respond to your calls, concerns, tenant issues, maintenance issues and anything in between! They are always willing to help in any way that they can. If you’re looking for a great Landlord/Management…I highly recommend renting Spivey!

These people have been prompt when replying to issues. I've never had to wait more than 2 days for a reply, and almost always less than a full day. Most importantly, at least to me, I have never felt uncomfortable to text or call them for assistance.

Spivey’s property management team oversaw my apartment complex until recently. Any time I had an issue, Kailey had someone out within a couple of days to see to it, if not the same day. They’re professional, dependable and friendly, and I’m sad to see them go!

Spivey bought the building I live in just a few months back. I will say, this place wasn't cared for by the previous owner one bit. From cabinets falling apart, to door knobs no working, and the outside just a mess. Spivey has, in just a few months, made this place safer, cleaner, and they care about the people that reside here. They have worked with tenants to stay where they live and not just hike the rent in an unmanageable manner. Everyone that works there, from the office to the maintenance, and beyond, have been so helpful and kind. Very communicative and punctual. Thanks Spivey for all that you've done for myself, and for the community.

Rentals by Spivey has been wonderful, Kailey has answered all my concerns quickly and at any hour, and Andy has been the best maintenance guy around. He fixes everything quickly, is always kind to me and my kids, and even went above and beyond to help lift some heavy things upstairs when he didn’t have to. It’s truly been a pleasure to work with both of them.
