Rental Connections & Real Estate

JoLynn and her team are kind, honest, fair and dutiful. I rented through rental connections for nearly a 1 1/2 years. If I spoke of a problem, it was solved "Swiftly". I can only express my gratitude and fondness in regards to my experience with them. Thank you ladies for your high level of professional care.

As a Landlord I have used Rental Connection for over 12 years. I have been very pleased with them. They always return my calls and do inspections for me to let me know what needs to be fixed. Some owners do not listen to property managers on items that need to be fixed and I believe that may be the issue some people have with giving Rental Connections a 1 star rating.

0 stars, if there was one! I will be contacting the Better Business bureau, Federal trade commission, Attorney General and everywhere in between. I will not just sit here be scammed and be threatened with an outrageous bill that is going to to collections in 30 days if I don't pay.(JoLynns words)They are charging me $500 for laying poison down that her staff did to reduce smell coming from the next door neighbors garbage, this got the new owners pets sick and is blaming me, also $500 for a vehicle that was abandoned and not mine left in the alley. And another $3,000 worth after keeping my $1500 deposit. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Highly unreasonable people to work with. The owner of the property agreed to have a pet but they did not agree to have the pet even after the owner said it was fine. They are also not very thorough on paperwork. My name was spelled wrong on the paperwork and it hasn’t been updated professionally. A much older company to work with. I don’t think they know what they’re doing fully. Will not ever rent with this company. There are better options.

Not only do they charge deposits for service animals (which is illegal) but they also nearly caused my family (me, my daughter and her father) to be homeless. We rented from them a year ago and when a prospective landlord attempted to contact them to verify this they neither answered the call nor responded to the voicemails. When I called them out on it, the secretary (rudely) said that they didn't respond because the request for information had to be faxed in. Couldn't they have called the new rental people and TOLD them this????? Instead we were denied for having an unverifiable rental history; until I called and worked my way up the chain of command to find out what the F was going on and did the digging myself.
