Horrible communication skills, Very racist and scam artist, my wife and I applied and the lady Nancy called my wife concerned about how long we been together which should not have anything to do with us renting, Then Nancy apparently sent my wife a text that we never received telling us we been approved and it would be a double deposit which my wife and I would of gladly paid to be able to move in, I mean come on why would you not call to make sure someone received your text instead of assuming and lieing very bad business. Would never do or recommend anyone else do business here and I will be sharing to my social media follower's.

Excellent customer service! I was very pleased with my interactions with Nancy Taylor and her staff, they are professional and friendly. I looked at several properties and was treated with patience and like a valued customer.

She was rude, did not try to understand what I was asking. Very dismissive! I would never recommend these people to rent from. I hope she has a horrible day and someone is mean to her so she understands how it feels. I will be letting everyone know, they need to higher new people

Deion is extremely rude, and says bad stuff about people during phone calls. This place is a horrible company to rent from.

I would avoid here personally. I explained I had been "homeless" for a decade because I was an over the road driver and had been for 10 years and I didn't have rental references. So they said well it'll cost you double. Sorry, didn't know you where looking for rich people to rent a $500 apt.
