Grays Apartments

I had no other choice but to live here if I didn't want to live on the street. From the first day I lived there to the last day was nothing but hell for me..I got treated like trash everyone was in on it trying to make me feel lousy and run me out ..Wasn't told about the bugs and I had to sleep on the floor til I got my bed from storage..I will never again sleep in a bug infested rundown piece of work they call apartments not only were there bugs but human cocktoaches too and worst part of it all they enjoy living like rats..They even went as far as "repairing the upstairs bathroom " so they could pass inspection from Ccap ..they didn't even start on the downstairs bathroom and it was covered in mold with huge hole in ceiling up above the bathtub it was gross and not very private..!! Don'

First of all these apartments are under new management:: The manager, Tracy is wonderful. She's good with people but also sticks by the rules. The room I rented was great. The only problem is roaches, but they are actively getting rid of them. Also they tell you up front about the bugs

Hands down the most disgusting apartment building i have ever entered. There are cockroaches crawling around EVERYWHERE, kitchens and bathrooms are NOT sanitary for residents to use. The owner doesn't put a dime into the building, im shocked it hasn't been closed down by the health department, it was the most disgusting dirty smelly revolting apartment building I have ever seen in my life. I feel sorry for all the residents. Top to bottom disgusting.

The shared kitchen is 8 to 8, so half a day. .5 kitchen. The staff who cleans the shared bathroom is nice. To bad there no garbage can to use in the bathrooms, good luck ladies.

The manager was very nice and friendly. The building does have sanity issue. If you have the option of staying there or sleeping in your car. Hands down I would choose the car. This place should be considered a last resort.
