She made the rental process go a lot smoother and speedy than our previous landlord! Best crew ever they are a light in this dark place called life. Update that was then and now they are bought out by a lady who is a disgraceful human, she left us without heat for years and told us that she wasn’t gonna repair it because she already had to come out and fix it. It was faulty equipment when we moved in she misappropriated funds and tried to charge us for repairs that was not our fault, we ended up letting her know that we would take her to court and in the end due to her stopping her collection attempts of fraudulent charges we did not pursue legal action which we should have. Don’t go here. The new management is downright a horrible person. I believe her name is Karla Johnson. She left us at the house with broken windows, no heat lock to doors. We didn’t have broken mirrors

This property management company is the worst. After inheriting property in this area we were hoping to find property management because we live far from this location. It's been a disaster. The only good thing I can say is that they've kept the rentals mostly rented. The account management and maintenance has been a disaster. Simple things such as being charged tree trimming when the property does not even have trees; I shouldn't have to be constantly second guessing billing. Worse than that was when we had damage to one of the properties, covered by insurance, and it took almost a YEAR for the repair to get done. No amount of phone calls from myself or the insurance company could get them to get it done faster. So many excuses. Then while that property was not rented due to repai
