The Brick and Mortar District Apartments

I am so happy to be renewing my lease here! As a first-time renter, I was nervous about the process, but the experience has been wonderful. A huge shout-out to Miranda for being so patient and answering every single one of my questions 😆 The maintenance team is equally impressive—they are professional, incredibly fast, and make me feel safe and well-taken care of whenever I’ve needed assistance. The community itself is beautiful, spacious, and clearly well-maintained. My daughter especially loves the onsite park, and the layout of the sidewalks makes it easy and safe for us to explore and see all the friendly neighborhood dogs. It’s a peaceful, welcoming environment with great neighbors. I couldn't have asked for a better first apartment experience!

I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and the amenities make everyday life so convenient and enjoyable. The pool and gym are always spotless, and it’s clear the management takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. The staff is always super friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up — they really go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. It’s such a welcoming and comfortable place to live. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

I have lived here a little over a year, in two different units. I have had a wonderful experience and definitely plan to renew my lease when the time comes. The staff (especially Stephanie) is kind, personable, and understanding. They have continuously not only maintained, but improved the entire property (new gym equipment, new pool furniture last summer, always maintaining outdoor spaces, mopping the walkways, etc.) Nothing in life is perfect, but they certainly care and will try their best if you reach out to them about any issues!

I’ve lived here for about a year and really like it. It’s quiet, clean, and feels safe. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the neighbors are great—it feels like a genuine community here. Between the amenities, events, and everyday friendly conversations, it’s an easy place to feel at home. I love the little things too—coffee in the lobby, lavender along the walkways, and the sunset views. The location’s super convenient—close to H-E-B, Summer Moon, and soon Sprouts.

I love the ladies in the office. Very polite and dependable. The place is well maintained and clean. You will deal with alot of things that you do in all apartments. But if you are looking for easy move in and out this is the place to go. Patrick is awesome with maintnance. We thank you for all you do in making our living care free!
