We truly appreciate our partnership with Andy Hernandez, the Resident Services Coordinator at Balcones Trails Apartments. Andy has been incredibly supportive, open, and collaborative, making it easy to build meaningful programs for the community. The staff overall has been very kind and welcoming, which makes working together even more enjoyable. Looking forward to continued collaboration!

I want to start by recognizing how outstanding the staff is. Anais was the one who originally assisted me and helped me secure my new home, and I’m truly grateful for her support. Grisel, Teresa, and Vanessa were also incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even during a very busy time, these ladies never appeared frustrated or overwhelmed. They treated every customer with patience, professionalism, and a genuine smile. Thank you all again for going above and beyond to make my move-in experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this community. it’s not only beautiful but also supported by an exceptional team.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Balcones Trail Apartments! From the very beginning, Teresa, Vanesa, Grisel, and Anais were incredibly helpful throughout the entire application process. They were understanding, patient, and always quick to answer any questions we had. If you're looking for a place that truly makes you feel at home from day one, this is it. I don’t even know how to express my gratitude to these ladies. My fiancé and I were in a pickle and happened to be recommend this complex. Grisel was so sweet the day we walked in and sat in the office, she welcomed us brightly and helped us through the whole application process and understood our needs looking for a unit. Made our stressful day so much easier. We truly could not have done this move without Anais,Teresa,Vanessa And Grisel. We fell in love with the complex and its amenities!
