We’ve lived here for about two year and I can confidently say we’ve truly enjoyed living in this apartment complex. We haven’t had any issues so far and maintenance requests are handled quickly. We usually work with Astrid, she’s always happy to help. She even remembers you, which makes it feel more personal. Both the office and maintenance team are great.

We’ve really enjoyed living here. Anytime we’ve needed something, it’s been taken care of pretty quickly. Astrid is always so kind and welcoming, she genuinely makes you feel comfortable.

I lived here for one lease term, hoping to lease again but the increase in base rent for a new lease overvalued the units actual features. I felt for the same price, id get more value another local communites with upgraded unit features and community ammentites. So, unfortunately, I had to move away. I will say that I genuinely enjoyed my interactions with the onsite staff, specifically with andrea and astrid. They were always available to help me with all of my concerns. They had a very positive impact on my time at the aidan. When Maintenance was needed to my unit, they were there very quickly and we're super professional and communicated any changes they'd make to my unit when I was there. The grounds were well maintained, and this made the community always look clean and plesant. My

Astrid and Andrea were absolutely amazing super friendly, professional, and always quick to communicate. They made my move in process smooth and stress free. I really appreciated how helpful and patient they were with all my questions. Definitely a great start to my new home!

Astrid and the rest of the management team have been so easy to work with! Probably the easiest move in I’ve ever had with an apartment- so responsive and kind! One of the team members even took time on a whim to do a video walk through after I had already toured the day prior, just to confirm my choice. And I choose correctly- the Aidan has been great.
