Ariza Plum Creek Apartments

I recently moved into Ariza and Jennifer made the process so smooth. In just a matter of a few days i was approved and able to move in. The entire office staff is incredible. Always willing to help and answer questions. The apartment itself is wonderful. Was spotless when I moved in with everything working as it should. For an apartment gym it’s got a lot of stuff if you need to get some movement in. The pool is truly killer. Nice and cold and saltwaterrr. No chlorine chemicals. I was amazed at that. Overall my experience so far at Ariza has been amazing to say the least and i don’t see that changing much while being here. Definitely one of my favorite spots I’ve lived. :)

This was my first ever apartment and I truly cannot recommend it more. I lived here for about a year and a half and am so sad to be leaving! The entire team in the leasing office is unmatched and goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful and can pretty much any question you throw at them. The maintenance team is also fantastic and responsive, I never had to wait long after my request was put in for them to show up and usually they would show up within an hour or two and were always very respectful and friendly. This complex is great about organizing resident events and food trucks to come on site. The resident portal is easy to use and very helpful and they communicate through email and texts and it is always easy and quick to get a response back. All of the amenities like the pool,

Their maintenance team is outstanding. Eric is incredibly efficient, hardworking and always willing to help. Every request is handled quickly and done right the first time. I really appreciate the care and professionalism that Eric and his maintenance team provides to the apartments.

I visited over 8 different apartments when I was on my search. Ariza stuck out to me for not only their beautiful apartments, but the community atmosphere and the hospitality I received when touring. I met with Jennifer and she truly made me feel welcomed and wanted. She took her time in answering all my questions during and after and she made sure nothing went unanswered. I moved in here two weeks ago and I have loved every minute of it so far. It's a beautiful community and I truly feel safe when I walk around here at night with my dog. That was a big concern for me.

I wanted to give a Shoutout to the maintenance supervisor and his team for always doing such a great job! Eric and his team are always quick to respond, super professional, and always friendly whenever they come by. It really means a lot to know that any issue gets taken care of fast and with care. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it definitely shows in how well everything is kept up. I truly appreciate all the hard work they put in to make our community a great place to live.
