Talk about excellent service! I am a REALTOR who has a seller client under contract with some buyers where Erica is serving as their lender. One day after the contract was executed, Erica contacted me to let me know how happy she was to help out in this transaction and that she would be here to answer any questions or concerns along the way. Well, today she contacted me again to say her buyers have been approved and we are moving forward to closing even earlier than expected!
