Estates at Plum Creek

This is a nice place. I really like it. Good unit, well built and thought out with the layout. The appliances are good, the floors are good, everything was clean when I moved in. Good yard. Korin was there at the front office to meet me and show the unit and was very nice. She made the process easy and answered any questions I had. The community is also friendly and calm. I would absolutely recommend the place!!

This review only gets 2 stars to show mercy on the management in the office on site. We have lived here a little over a year and the first year was great. The move in process was simple. The amenities were operational for the most part. The community was clean and well kept. It’s clear the on site office staff is limited with what they are able to do without approval from the property management company. Portico is running this place into the ground and has the audacity to keep raising the cost to live here. I regret renewing my lease. We are consistently charged amenity fees for amenities that don’t work. The water fountain in the dog park has not worked since I’ve lived here. The dog washing station is tied to the same water line as the fountain and therefore doesn’t work. The fire pit

I recently toured this property. The leasing agent seemed nice and professional. After being bombarded by emails this weekend from someone named Mia after multiple times of telling her I had already met with the leasing agent at the property...along with the recent reviews on how the property conditions changed upon this mgmt company taking it over..Im out.

Korin is the reason I moved in here and you need to make her the manager of the here. Also Scott does a great job. But you really need to make her the manager of the property.

Absolutely love living here… moved in when it was Urbana, Shelby & Kayleigh in the office make this place wonderful. Staff are always nice to me and quick to fix any issues I’ve had. Neighbors are great for the most part, like anywhere there are a few bad apples who don’t pick up after their dogs but the staff do a great job keeping the community as clean as they can. The tiny homes are perfect for me and my pups and they love the back yard. Hopefully the prices don’t get too high with Elon moving to Austin but I will be living here long term if I can afford it!
