Sage Plum Creek

I'm a holistic nutritionist and offered workshops at Sage Plum Creek. I had very easy time working through all the scheduling and the actual presentations. The staff was always very helpful in setting up the technology part (connecting to the WiFi and their TV system). When I had issues someone was always available. It will be my pleasure to come back and do more workshops for the residents. They told me that every month they waited for my 'life changing' presentations.

I absolutely love Sage Plum Creek! The staff here truly go above and beyond to make life enjoyable for residents. They’re always planning fun and creative events that bring the community together — from themed socials to holiday celebrations, there’s always something to look forward to. A special shoutout to Maggie, the assistant manager, who is absolutely awesome! She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. You can really tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in making Sage Plum Creek such a welcoming place to live. Huge thanks to the entire team for all the hard work you put in every day — it really shows!

We wanted to get back to Central Texas and are very happy with Sage Plum Creek. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate us, thanks to Zach, Maggie, Sierra, Kelvis, Raquel, Alex and Mark. The residents have been very welcoming. Thanks again to Larry, Fay, John & Debbie, Rudy, Linda, Dianne and so many others. A quiet complex with nearby conveniences of shopping, restaurants, and medical offices. I've met a lot of cool pups at the onsite doggy park.

I’m letting my dear friend who lives at Sage Plum Creek post a review from my account because she doesn’t have a google account, these are her words and video evidence: I moved into Sage Plum Creek, a 55+ apartment complex in Kyle, Texas, on November 1, 2022, and my experience has been marked by persistent maintenance issues and inadequate responses from management. On my first night, the bathroom ceiling flooded, leaving me without functional bathroom lighting and with a hole in the ceiling for over a month. Industrial fans and a dehumidifier ran for several days during this period, and it took six weeks for the bathroom lights to be fully repaired. Moved here in August from near Beaumont Tx. Could not be happier !!!! Beautiful facility, super friendly and helpful staff. More activities than you can imagine……the residents took me in as part of the community as soon as I got there. If you’re looking for a 55+ apartment in the Kyle/Buda area I suggest you check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!!!
