The Bluffs at Devou Park

Building are full of black mold at least the one a was going to buy , clubhouse same as well as the building where the workout area is dumpster always full of over flowing trash from renters moving out mattress etc etc ! Dodge a bullet on buying it !

No one pulled a "bait and switch" at the Bluffs. We never had sidewalks to the park, the pool was built for residents not a dozen of your friends and parking sucks because 1 and 2 bedroom units have 3 and 4 cars. We all enjoy the location but as it is on a hill there is no space for expansion. If someone did figured out how to add sidewalks, more parking and a second pool are we ready to see our HOA fees increase 150.00 a month? It is only going to get better if we all would abide by the rules, use a little common sense, become better neighbors and stop thinking "it's all about me". I bought at the Bluffs because I can be downtown in 5 minutes, live by a great park that has a million dollar view for the cost of a condo in Florence.

Do not live here. You pay HOA for them to just pocket it. No pretty flowers or great landscaping. The clubhouse is a joke and too many cars. If you love having a pool, better live somewhere else. The bees are absolutely awful! They don't do anything to help control them and people are getting stung left and right. Oh and the bathroom.. there is still poop on the floor thats been here for a week now. Do better management!

i lived here and i hated it, couldn't figure out why until today when i realized that despise being in the middle of devour park, there is absolutely no pedestrian accessibility to the park. you have to walk up a half mile HILL on a blind curve where cars are going around. i would encourage the developers to connect to the park on the south west side where there is already a path
