The Birchway Apartments

I recently visited my mother’s apartment with my infant, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the manager lady. As I was getting ready to leave and putting my baby into the car seat, a woman working outside saw us and immediately went to get a leaf blower. She began blowing leaves and dust directly around my car while I was trying to secure my baby. I politely asked her if she could stop for just a moment, but she responded, “That’s none of your business.” She continued blowing debris toward my car area and nowhere else. As soon as another person came from the opposite direction, she suddenly stopped and left. This behavior felt extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate especially with a baby present. The maintenance man came within 30 minutes. He came to my apt. Checked my heating then went to basement called me back and said I should have heat in 30 minutes. He knew what to look for. I was very impressed with him. I don't know his name but he should get employee of the year

Not a problem to be had! A great apartment to find with everything I could ask for. Not the largest place, I suppose, but comfort more than makes up for it.

It's a nice place to live conducive environment they always think of their residents in case of a problem they act immediately

I moved to Minnesota from out of state for work and was in a pinch to find a place to live that would be available in time for me to start my new role. The application turnaround time was quick, and I was able to secure a unit a week to spare to get settled in the city. The property so far has exceeded my expectations, the amenities are great for my needs. Moving from out of state in itself is a huge and sometimes painful process but The Birchway staff definitely made it feel easier with their communication and support throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend!
