I’ve live here since the old management, but this new management is on top of things. Whenever you have a maintenance order it gets taken care of promptly. It’s a very quiet/ clean building. The staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend living here.

I’ve been here since 2020. Since new management Skyline have taken over, everything has gotten so much better. Maintenance request are handled much more promptly. They were even able to update my apartment while still living here!

This is the worst place I have ever rented. The charges for utilities bill are outrageous. It is a predatory rental practice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I moved out of this place since September 2022. The person who helped me move in was looking for a place to stay and wanted to move there. I discouraged him to do so.

Sheron is awesome!!! But the building itself is another story. Cops are always here. Stuff doesn't get fixed and the water trash and sewer billing is out Outrageous!!!!!!! And that on top of your rent so not worth the cost.

I don't stay at this particular location. However I do live at another property awesome apartments and Laura is the property manager. There's nothing awesome about my apartment except my décor and the location. Every year my furnace goes out, and I have to call several times in order to get heat(we all know how brutal MN winters are). I have to make threats on taking furnace repairs from my rent before she send someone out. She always has an excuse as to why she didn't respond. I was probably dialing the wrong # is one excuse (when all I have to do is hit a single button and I got the same voicemail every time). Yes she tries to play with your intelligence. Most resent issue is the mold in my bathroom. I reported the mold 2/13/17, no response. Today (2/28/17), I call her she doesn't
