Continental Village

The office and maintenance staff are awesome… caring, super personable, and get any maintenance requests done promptly. The residents are friendly and there’s a nice playground for kids. The owner that took over maybe 5 years ago or so is making improvements to the units and the property as a whole, which is great. It’s a nice place to live and I would recommend it!

Continental village is a good place to live because it's quiet and peaceful. You will sleep with no problem. Most neighbors are friendly, they greet you and make small talk with you. The management are great people, Mesa is responsive and will you help you with anything you need. Elliot is a very nice man himself. The maintenance team are quick to take care of your problems. Usually next day.

I’m coming up on my first year here, and I don’t really have any complaints. In my time here, the halls have been cleaned almost daily, my neighbors are very quiet, and the office staff is helpful when available. Sure, the buildings could use some improvements, and I wish the office staff were available in person for more hours of the day, but it really has not been an issue. Overall, I think this is pretty good place to live. The rent is reasonable and I haven’t had any of the issues other reviewers describe. I plan on renting for at least another year.

Continental village... I looked up the definition of continental and this place is anything but! This Village is teeming with diversity and it's hardly the British isles.. That being said, I come for the apartment, i stay for the vibes! I dare you to try and find a maintenance team as wonderful as these guys are here! They're as cool as the other side of the pillow. Very communicative, competent, and... cute? I digress. The office lady is on top of her stuff and is very approachable. The leasing dude can come off as a hard @$$, but getting to know him, he's all nougat on the inside... The only complaint i have is that i heard there used to be a pool here, albeit decades ago, but like, i like pools. Splish splash

Been living here for just over a year and I don’t have many complaints. The carpet is probably original to the building and I could probably also use a new kitchen sink countertop because the water damage makes it crumble a bit underneath but generally life here is comfortable. Maintenance is prompt and management is kind and courteous. I’m pretty well satisfied living here :)
