Ironwood Apartments

I’m a new resident at the Ironwood Apartments, and the experience has been amazing so far. The leasing process was clean, simple, and incredibly fast — I applied, got approved, and signed my lease in less than three days. Tyler H. has been especially helpful throughout the entire process, always responsive, accommodating, and supportive. Since moving in, I’ve felt informed, respected, and well taken care of with quick communication and helpful updates. I would absolutely recommend Ironwood to anyone looking for a clean, chic, and secure place to live without the usual stress of apartment searching.

Definitely section 8. Spent a year at Ironwood here in Lebanon. Cops are constantly there, People constantly getting arrested, The walls are thin, You can hear everything your neighbour does especially if they are arguing Which happens multiple times A day from every direction. At the beginning of 2025 a gentleman who shot at people in the Lebanon Walmart was later arrested at these apartments, There was a targeted shooting in the parking lot at the apartments soon after. It’s not safe. There’s monthly inspections on top of pest control inspections on top of any other inspection They can get to get inside of your apartment. There’s no sense of privacy whatsoever, Especially since the apartments are built so close together. The office is thoroughly inspecting your private space, Taking pict

I’ve lived here for 2+ years and really enjoy it. The apartment size is perfect for me and the view facing the golf course is nice. They do a great job keeping everywhere clean and tidy. They are always vacuuming, cleaning, repainting and restoring areas in the building. I use the gym frequently and it is always very clean. Sometimes a treadmill or something breaks but they fix it promptly. Whenever I’ve had to put a maintenance ticket in, they are here the next morning to check it out. They pay attention to the details of the building. For example, the concrete entering the garage was sinking and which made it a big bump when entering and exiting. They’ve since filled that gap and it is smooth to enter/exit now. Some in recent reviews have complained about the pool but hey things hap

Awesome building and incredibly helpful staff! I've been searching for a place for a couple months now, and Ironwood has by FAR the best customer service around. Angela was amazingly attentive and considerate during the entire selection process. I recommend Ironwood without hesitation.

I've moved in just 2 months now ago have been meaning to write this review. - The place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept (I would say all the time) - The staff and people living here are very friendly - Very limited parking in the apartment’s outdoor parking lot. Additional outdoor parking that are available is shared with the golf course nearby but within specific hours from evening to morning. There is also an underground parking with ample of parking spaces if needed & the only way to guarantee a parking spot - The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample of nearby stores and food trucks!
