STAY FAR AWAY!!! Would give no stars if possible. Their failure to repair issues in a timely manner is outstanding. I've seen a lot of residents moving out left & right due to their failure to repair. The whole property is infested with roaches. When it rains the grounds flood & the mosquitos run rampant. Drains are clogged & look like they haven't been cleaned & maintained in years. The majority of the newer good reviews are from bots. The ones not from bots have no standards on their living conditions. Any good review from 5 years ago are older are based on the people who owned it previously. Beautiful place to live. wide room. spacious main room. a compact kitchen but everything you need is beautiful and modern. They have small details that made me decide. the community is quiet. It is in a place with easy access to shops and fast food. cleanliness of the punctual grooming train. I love them. Vanessa is very cordial, friendly and responds quickly to any maintenance call.

Great place to live, very pleasant, quiet and simple and the maintenance takes care of your service right away! Wooden vinyl plank flooring & stainless steel appliances. Most definitely worth it!

The living accommodations are nice. There are meeting all of my needs. The dwelling rooms are very spaceable. There is no lack of accommodation. I meet friendly and new people there every day. It seems like the group of people here are nice. The office provides smaller morsels to divide the guests. Sometimes per every 2 weeks. I really love it when I feel liked and loved at a place I just came to. And then I think why would I want to live anywhere else?
