I’ve had such a great experience living here! The property is always so clean and well maintained — you can tell management really cares about keeping everything in great shape. I especially want to mention Sarah, the assistant manager. She’s absolutely amazing — always so kind, professional, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. It really makes a difference having someone who truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend this community!

When I first toured & moved into the complex, I was in love. This was my 1st apartment and I was overly excited. After a few months, there was a change in management & staffing. On one occasion, I was sent emails threatening to evict me over an “unauthorized pet”, when I completed proper paperwork & it was their responsibility to add the charges. My first thought was “how do they know I have a pet?” Why not take 2 minutes to check emails & the pet screening portal to see that I complete the necessary steps. It was easier to do that than formulate the email they sent. I initially wanted to switch to a larger unit, but they did not have anything available. Moved here in Mid 2023. It was urgent and the office certainly had no time for tours. Was told to go self tour a unit. Signed the lease a few days later, was handed the keys, thinking it was the unit that i had toured and applied for but ended up on a different building on the other end of the property that no one ever mentioned in the office. All in all it worked fine under the circumstances. Newer apartments and cheaply built, can hear neighbor's business and noise through the walls. At end of the lease, they do not allow lease renewers any of their current rates unless it is an increase. New and lower rates are only for new tenants. My current unit is leasing for $200 lower that my rate and per the office, the only way to get the lower rate is to move out and return in future. Overall l

I was hesitant to tour this property due to the recent reviews. However, viewing the actual property and interacting with the staff have been impressive!! I appreciate the attention to detail noted throughout the property and having staff that is fair but assertive. Jamie especially was very knowledgeable regarding apartment leasing and the specific requirements here. If you are own the fence, take the tour and submit the application. You will be pleased!
