THE 2100 Apartments

Absolutely loved living at The 2100! It’s a quiet, modern building in an amazing location. The floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and make it feel bright and open. The underground heated parking and EV charging were a huge plus. Sheila and Jane are incredibly friendly and responsive, can’t recommend this place enough!

Nice new property with a convenient location to everything Wauwatosa has to offer. It’s a green building very energy efficient. The staff and owners are all super nice and helpful. The underground heated parking is AMAZING! 💯

Great place to live. Mayfair road can be a bit loud at times, but not enough to drop the rating. Wonderful staff and very pleasant people in the building.

Poor experience - no follow up - application submitted - credit was never ran. Manager never asked for documents and denied application with no reasoning. Take your business elsewhere. Edited on 8/20: My credit was never ran, I would know as I have a credit lock on my report. Which most apartment buildings ask me to remove to run the inquiry. To say that I didn’t meet the requirements when you have unfair housing practices is wrong. The gentleman below Ali Issa stated the same concern in his review.

The 2100 has been great, after selling my home and relocating to Wisconsin I am glad I moved here. Shelia and Jane are great! From how clean the complex is, the Amazon locker for packages, business center, the fitness room, or the complimentary complex coffee machine and teas they offer. Extremely happy with choosing The 2100.
