A lot to be desired from branch manager Janice. Found her uncourteous, unpleasant, and unprofessional. No hand shake, no introduction, no thank you. Basically treated as if I am asking for something free when I'm a paying customer. You will have a better experience at the DMV. On the positive side, the person that greets customers is attentive and the place seems to be well kept. I will not be using this location for future closings.
