The most gorgeous community in the Charlotte/Matthews area. The location is perfect, and it feels like a home. The property is clean, well maintained, and has an extremely peaceful atmosphere. The amenities are some of the best I have seen including an extremely well-equipped fitness center and an actual speakeasy. The leasing office staff make it feel like a real community. Would absolutely recommend Tessa Matthews to anyone looking for a new home.

We had a warm conversation and enough time to get answers to all our questions. It is a very cozy place. We were shown a couple of single family homes and we liked it. If we decide to go with rent, we probably will come here. These are new properties of decent sizes and very beautiful kitchens.

The staff is very friendly, especially a lovely lady named Victoria, who has been a pleasure to interact with. ideal location, all the shops you need are nearby, this is a very big plus The complex is beautiful, which is why we decided to stay here. The gym is great, the place is clean, and the apartments offer plenty of space. However, for the price of rent, I feel that the renovation in the apartment was done carelessly. The kitchen cabinets have scratches from installation, and there are a few other issues, but I prefer not to dwell on them. Living Here for a Month, We’ve Encountered Several Ongoing Issues: 1. I’ve lived here for almost 6 months ago. Everything has been great with staff and no issues with neighbors. However… there is NOT enough parking for the residents. This is a design flaw. There has been multiple times I’ve come home to absolutely no parking spots available (besides a handicap spot). And we have gotten email from staff telling us not to park in handicap or fire lane spots, but there is NO other place to park at times. And when the parking situation was brought up to staff, we’re told there’s nothing they can do about it.
