Fountains Matthews Apartments

Everybody we have met at Fountains Matthews are awesome! The location is really convenient and you can tell the management team really cares about their residents. The Property Manager, Samantha went out of her way to answer all of our questions, Alyssa and Ryan on the maintenance team were a lifesaver for us too. If you need an apartment, you should check them out!

Ryan and Alyssa and the rest of the Maintenence team do an incredible job all the time, but specifically for this. I put in a work order on a Monday for my washer. They realized I needed a new one and not only offered me a temporary solution to wash my clothes if needed, but also was able to get a new washer into my unit by Wednesday morning. They always complete their work quickly, efficiently, while also being so kind to me and my pup! Could not be more happy with the Maintenence team here at Fountains! They have been such a blessing.

I don't often leave reviews but I absolutely loved my time at Fountains. Almost done with two years here and I'm only leaving because the rent got a bit too high for me. Absolutely loved our apartment and all the amenities, including the gym that kept getting upgraded, but what really made Fountains stand out was the staff - especially Ryan and Alyssa on the maintenance team. They were always quick to fix any problems we may have had and they were a pleasure to see around the property. If you can afford it, I can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful place was there for a short time visiting my daughter. We were leaving the same day the pool opened and sorry we missed it. Enjoyed the walking trail multiple times although a short trail sat on the bench in front of the fountain and basked in the morning sun many days. We also played pool one night that area is gorgeous. Her apartment was a very nice surprise such high ceilings and loved having two bathrooms for our visit. Overall a beautiful place.

The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Our apartment feels modern and spacious, and the amenities really make it feel like home. We’re so glad we chose this community and look forward to many great memories here!
