Aria at Idlewild Apartments

I have been here since June of 2025 and I love it! The office staff and maintenance crew are always kind and very helpful. I love my apartment and have been fortunate to meet some wonderful new friends!

We have been living here since the end of May. When we moved in, they promised that the amenities would be ready by July 15th without any delays. Today is July 25th, the club house looks the same as it did in May, the pool is under construction and no one can give an exact completion date. There are a lot of ants in the apartment (which bite) and spiders everywhere (pest control does not help). The package room is also not ready and you constantly have to go to the office to pick up your packages, if they even get to this address (half of my packages were returned to the seller). There is a lot of construction and other garbage around the area. Recently my daughter stepped on a stick with rusty nails! I am afraid to imagine what would have happened if the nail had pierced her foot. This st

I had a wonderful experience touring Aria at Idlewild Apartments today, thanks to Maria Hocker, the leasing assistant manager. From the moment we arrived, her zeal and professionalism stood out. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and amenities, her intuition for what I was looking for in a home was impressive! Maria’s attention to detail, patience, and kindness—especially toward my eight-year-old daughter—made the entire visit feel personal and welcoming. She took the time to truly understand our needs and made us feel completely at ease throughout the tour. If you’re considering The Matthews area, Aria at Idlewild is a 10+++, I highly recommend connecting with Maria. She’s a true asset to the community and made a lasting impression on both of us!

The maintenance at Aria Village came in a timely manner. I put my request that night and they were there the next day. They fixed the problem I was having with my hot water heater.

Huge shoutout to Maria and the whole team for such an amazing process! The location is amazing and the apartment is so beautiful. All great things to say about this community!
