Bailey Mills is awesome ! The townhomes are super spacious and luxurious! Patrick made the process of purchasing a home so easy ! He was very patient and answered all the questions my husband and I had . Patrick was extremely detailed throughout the whole process and not once, did we feel any pressure to buy from him. He knew exactly what we were looking for , and provided the best guidance. Eva, whom represents the lender was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process as well! This whole process has been amazing, and we are so excited to move into our new home soon. Would HIGHLY recommend Bailey Mills!!

My husband and I just completed our walkthrough of our home at Bailey Mills Townhomes. We are so beyond impressed with the finished product. Brian Walsh, the Project Manager has been outstanding!!! He has been attentive, responsive in every way and made this feel more like a custom private builder experience. We have never felt that we were one of many. My husband and I have purchased several new construction homes in the past and this has by far been the best experience. It is obvious from viewing the home, that even the smallest areas have been finished to perfection. Our last home, which was over $1,000,000 was not finished as nice as this home. My husband and I have been looking for a new community for a while, and when we saw the pictures online of Bailey Mills, we knew this was probably the place. Our feelings were confirmed when we spoke with Patrick and he did a video tour of the model, and also spoke with us about the many features of the Serenade model. Patrick was wonderful. His personality was so friendly that it felt as if we were speaking with a friend and not a sales agent. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits of the community and if not for Patrick , we maybe would have waited until we actually could see the community in person. Patrick was so wonderful and did such a good job that we felt comfortable going under contract while we were on our cruise in the middle of the ocean, without
