Terrace Apartments

My son lives in Terrance Lane Apartment. He asked them to fix his shower. It has been almost a year. And it’s still not done yet. But they want him out by the first of next month. The conditions are horrible. The rug was dirty when he moved in. We had to go in and clean the apartment ourselves.

I appreciate the managers. Whenever I call they'll respond back as soon as they can with answers (shout out to Jen!) The apartments themselves are affordable with a reasonable amount of space. Location is also great while being close to Rochester, I90, and Canandaigua.

Glad to be out of there!!! Mice in and out. Terrible! Glad to be out! Landlord not nice. Mold in laundry room. Carpets really old. Miss my neighbors but not that hell hole!

The cheap price is absolutely not worth the horrible management of this place. We had a very bad water leak and we were told it was our fault. And that we might’ve stepped out of the shower and soaked the carpet. Come to find out the neighbors next door overflowed their sink and it leaked into our floor. Never again! We lived there two years and it always smelled of smoke. The ceilings when you walk into the building look like they’re going to collapse. There is trash thrown everywhere outside, they just mow over it. The parking lot is riddled with pot holes. Save your time, don’t live here.

Black mold in the walls. Non smoking buildings with smoking tenants who smoke so much in the halls and in their apartment it comes into yours constantly ! Please save your time and money moving !!! And landlord puts bandaids on everything so things constantly continue to break (that’s if he does answer you) we are out of here soon and I couldn’t be happier. We will pay whatever just to live a healthier happier life
