Pintail Crossing Apartments

Beautiful apartments and well-maintained property. Quiet and safe. Never any issues with management, always kind and helpful. I wasn't expecting to be so pleased with income-restricted apartment living and my son and I have been here 5 years. Location is good, close enough to jobs and great schools.

Great location, quiet, good people.

Cable and wifi does not work , management sucks , people like to walk around and steal packages, manegement fails to address property concerns to general clean/sanitary guidelines. No outside grills ,seating, no garbage cans. Lawn looks terrible back and front with no upkeep to caring how the property looks. Garbage dumpster is Unsafe with pests! No pool, dirty playground, no use of community or workout room. Electric shuts off frequently and water pressure is terrible. Think twice before you move here because you will be “extremely unhappy”. You’ll just love the kids that ring your door bell multiple times and run away or the drugs being sold in the parking lot!!! Tried and tried to get applications sent along with several other people. No responses Attempted to apply almost 1 year ago. No follow up.

The rental office guy is very nice. The place quiet and brand new.
