Farmington on the Creek Apartments

This complex has a lot of potential to be a great place to live, but sadly, management seems like they could care less about the property. Maintenance is more of a fixture than a function, and for only being about an eight year old property, the apartments are run down. When we moved in, we were told that the apartment was painted and new carpets installed. That was not the case, and to make matters worse, it was filthy. We cleaned, touched up paint, shampooed the carpets, and replaced moldy caulking. As for the grounds, there's garbage everywhere, the garden beds were overgrown with weeds and grass, and the pet waste bins are rarely emptied. Snow removal is an absolute atrocity, walkways are packed with snow, icy, and treacherous to navigate. The parking lots are a total mess, no one cl

I lived here for 4 years now. Maintenance is always efficient and answers to repair request quickly. I’ve even had maintenance put my tv on the wall, & install a baby gate. It’s a quite, beautiful area.. Most neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves. The office managers are understanding to different life circumstances and accommodating. They give you two storages a small one next to your front door and second one that is bigger which is included with your rent. Washier and dryer hook up inside your apartment. Unfortunately the rent dose go up almost every year or so.. I have 3 children I do wish the park was bigger there is a lot of land by the office where they could add a new park.. my children ride there bikes and enjoy playing out doors but you have to keep a eye out for cars com

Staff in office are young kids and know nothing. They DO NOT take care of the outside. Weeds are waist high. It's ridiculous living there. Good luck if you do

I love living here. Been Here since 2018 when they opened. As with every new place their are gonna be issues and COVID didn't help them either. They are very attentive to maintenence issues. I don't have children but yes a basketball area would be good. They playground is geared towards 4-7 year Olds. They try to do family events like summer picnics, X Mas party, paint night etc but no one goes to events. I really like it here.

I used to like at 1351 and it was a great place to live in the beginning when they first opened but as time went by the place fell down hill and the office staff became unprofessional and made community feel like it wasn't a community at all. This place is not kid friendly at all and has nothing to do for them.
