Farmington Court Apartments

Farmington Court Apartment is a quiet and clean place. Ruby is very kind, attentive, and helpful in every way. She's always ready to resolve any situation that arises. The people who work here are very respectful.

They're very slow at getting back to you about your application. Trying to get into this apartment but they're very slow. They tell their call back but they don't. I'll change the Stars once I'm in this apartment

I've lived at Farmington Court Apartments for 6 years now. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere, my friendly neighbors and all that Jesse, and management does to enhance my experience here. They offer many useful amenities and are very attentive to my maintenance needs, should one arise - A refreshing change from previous residences in the area. Highly recommend.

When we moved in the apartment was hardly cleaned. Crayons in the air conditioner dust everywhere and a SWAMP of water under the stove unit that had molding food and other pleasantries growing in it. They also have a grandfather plan for their "high speed internet package" which is 50 mbps on a good day which Spectrum doesn't even provide any longer. Spectrum stated the package is from the mid 2000s and they've refused to upgrade. For the price you pay, you're better off living literally anywhere else. You pay a premium for the bare minimum.

I'll preface this review by saying a lot of my issues may not bother others. This is based on my personal experience here and within Farmington. The positives. Rent is fairly cheap. At the time of writing this, I'm currently paying $835 everything included except electricity. On average, I pay under $900 a month for everything. Jesse in the Office is awesome to deal with and has genuinely tried to help as much as she can. There is a washer/dryer for use in the basement (but you need a card to use it). The negatives. Both of my cars were broken into on multiple occasions. This is not the fault of the apartments, but there are no locks on the exterior doors leading into any of the buildings leading to an unsafe environment.
