Saratoga Crossing Apartments & Townhomes

Marina and Junior at the Saratoga Crossing rental office in Farmington, NY were absolutely wonderful to my cousin and I when we went to check out their Townhomes. They made it a fun experience both talking to Marina and getting a tour from Junior. We laughed most of the time. It was a very comfortable informational experience. I already put my application in... now hoping all goes well.

We have lived at Saratoga for the past five years. Recently, we purchased our first home. Since moving in (2020) rent increased each and every year we were there, with no written explanation or warning. Driveways and walkways were poorly maintained during the winter months. On more than one occasion, I went out and spent a significant amount of time, scraping/salting/shoveling my driveway/walkeay because they never came around to do it. I have multiple sclerosis and even after mentioning concerns about this, it never got any better. They don’t take people with disabilities seriously. We officially got the keys to our home on 9/9 and slowly started to move things out until the big heavy furniture move out day 9/14. We had paid rent until 9/18. THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED!! I’ve moved around my whole life. This place was an absolute nightmare. Do yourself, your family and friends a favor by staying far away from this place. My husband and I lived here for two years. During that time we had nonstop issues with the tenants above us which was only made worse by the way the property management chose to handle things. When we moved in it was only my husband, our dog and I living there. We had one of the end units which we requested so our dog would have space to play outside. We could hardly ever use the outside space. The neighborhood kids were always playing in the grass out front and back of the unit. They would leave their toys and snack wrappers daily. I have been living here for 3 years now, and whenever I had something broken or needed fixing, someone came. Diego was such a great person! They all are, and they all do outstanding work. Diego came this time around, told me what was going to happen and I felt like I could connect with him. Though I am waiting on a permanent solution for my situation, he made sure my temporary problem wouldn't be an issue.

Saratoga Crossing maintenance worker Diego recently took care of recent issues we were having with running toilets and a worn out garage door seal. Diego took care of these issues in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Just wanted to acknowledge Diego and his genuine concern to fix the problems.
