If you’re considering an adult community I strongly advise skipping this location all together. The Community Board control the neighborhood as if it’s the old Soviet Union. They have Spies that walk around peering into your homes, looking for anything to run back to the Communists with a list of complaints. Be for warned that you may think you own your house, you don’t. The Communist Board control everything you do, not just the outside of your house, but the inside as well. Instead of welcoming new neighbors to the Adult Community, they send threatening letters that includes possible fines for the way you choose to decorate your house, inside and outside. Just imagine being a 67 year old Marine Corps Vietnam Vet and a retired Police Officer and his 60 year old wife downsizing to a ranche

This place has just changed Management Co. "MEM" from North Jersey, check their BBB reviews & complaints. The ARC doesn't have clue what they're doing. They allowed several new homes to be built that dont fit the original requirements & 4 built on the side if a hill are destined for a washout unless ARC enforces the water management rules! And check the HOA financials VERY CAREFULLY! Bottom line, buyer beware!

Very nice atmosphere and well maintained homes. Clubhouse is very nice and can accommodate a large number of people
