H Carlson and Son designed a new septic system for us 6 yrs ago and it was installed per specs and inspected and passed by Atlantic Cnty Public Health Dept inspector. Fast forward to only 6 yrs and our leach field has failed. We have been trying to get Rick out to inspect our system for 1 month now, to no avail. I called his office twice, never heard back from him. My husband actually had Rick's cell # still in his phone, so he put 2 calls into Rick, and he finally called back. Told us that he would come to inspect the system on Sat May 11th and was a no call/no show. My husband called Rick Fri night May 10th to verify Rick was still coming and to get a time, he never called us back. In the meantime, we had a company come out to do a scoping evaluation to the system and confirmed that the

H. Carlson & Sons are the best company around. They will go out of there way for you and do excellent work. After reading this review I laugh because it looks like H. Carlson was ordering from a company and obvious if you look at the other companys reviews they are horrible. I would never order anything from them. Ive known H. Carlson for years and they are wonderful people and do excellent work. The girls in the office are great and will help with anything they can. All the store fixture company did is make themselves look bad. Just go read there reviews HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If anyone reads this I just want to say that H Carlson & Sons from Mays Landing is one of the most trustworthy company I have met. I give them 10 stars.
