Pine Grove At Hamilton

While I am not a tenant here, I am leaving this review solely based off of my experience with this company. For over a month now I have been trying to contact them about renting an apartment, and for over a month I have been met with the laziest possible attempt at automating a process that should only have human involvement. My emails were all met with an obviously AI generated response saying that they do not offer apartment tours (why would I rent a place that I'm not allowed to see?) and that the pet deposit fee was $350 (what happened to the $35 listed on the site?). My attempts to call this facility were even worse, leading to almost 40 minutes of battling with AI only to be met with a cheery, "Let me take you to our representatives!" followed by a voicemail box that hasn't even bee

Fairly new apts, clean, well maintained, great staff. A little slow in handling a hand rail issue that could cause a fall but all other issues, big or small have been taken care of promptly. Plenty of parking. A small fenced play yard for the littles. Well lit, functioning cameras all around the complex which adds to the security. Short on storage & rooms are a small but lots of natural light comes from the long windows🌞

People that do not live there are using this development as a through way to avoid the traffic light . Speed bumps MUST be added before a child is killed there by a vehicle avoiding the traffic light . Do better Pine Grove add the much needed speed bumps . Save a child's life !

is anyone ever in that office building do they ever answer the phone or emails or much less does the AI work because never in my life have i ever seen this level of unprofessionalism

I am a city councilman and i went to make a complaint about my daughter's ceiling. because she had a leak from the unit above and her ceiling was damaged. Her has been unfinished for months, she has no light in the kitchen and her vents are missing and all important her smoke alarm. The persons in the office were very rude. I asked to speck to the manager and one male person directed me to the manager office he also was very rude, and ask the young lady in the office to remove me from the office as I went to the hallway the young lady asked me can she help me . I explained was was going on with my dauther unit .so she went back in to the manager office to explain what was going on he stated he could not give me information since I don't live there.
