Gardens at Cologne Apartments

It might look nice but in the span of the years I have lived here there has been a few dog deaths and fights, fights from left to right by tenants, and irresponsible behavior from children around the area. If you consider living here please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The rent is sky high and the amount of work actually being done to the apartments is just to fill up the spaces with no actual care for the conditions the tenants have to live in. The electricity is always going out which causes any devices to be damaged over time. However if you have no other choice don’t make it last for longer than year or the slumlord will make sure to double the amount of rent you pay each year.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years, and it’s never been better. Since the new management took over, everything has been incredibly well maintained. The property is always clean, quiet, and safe — I truly feel at home here. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. A huge part of what makes this place so great is Alex, the property manager — he’s hands down the best you could ask for: attentive, reliable, and genuinely cares about the residents. This is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it.

The leasing agent was super responsive and helpful as is the on-site team. My apartment is beautiful. Finally an Apartment Complex that values their residents. I would definitely recommend to all looking for a new home!

As a former resident who lived there for 6 years I would like to say the last 2 years were under new management and they were pretty great. Communication was great, great updates in the community, on-site workers are even happier and insures with apartment was remedied quickly. Also didn’t have issues with my security deposit and was mailed to me within 2 days.
