Oaks of Weymouth

My sister lives here and she/we love it. It’s a quiet place,Beautiful landscaping, beautiful people, and the lot rent isn’t a second mortgage! I wish I had bought something in that neighborhood pre pandemic , wish in one hand… Seriously though they keep the pool and tennis courts and dog parks bench’s and , people really care for their yards. That’s my 2 cents.

Well, my parents have owned their property here for about 13 years. There are things that would be a nice change, but understanding the community, it's fine. My parents enjoy their home and have wonderful neighbors. We like to visit when we can from Florida. We have never used the pool because of the restrictions. But from what my parents tell me, they have social events regularly. The residents have good relationships, which is nice. No complaints here.

This is wonderful place to visit. My golfing and table tennis friends Bill and Trev reside here. The grounds are kept up, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The homes are in excellent shape as well. I enjoy my time visiting. I’d like to see them add a putting green or maybe small miniature golf course.

The community is beautiful and the neighbors are terrific. However, when buying in here they don’t tell you that there is a major problem with the water system and that any capital improvements are passed onto you. Be aware and do your homework. We did not.

My grandparents have lived here for the last 15 years. It's a very safe and quiet community where everyone is friendly, they've never had a bad experience.
